农学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。

主要从事水产养殖微生物生态、海水养殖尾水高效处理及资源化利用、海水健康养殖技术创新和模式优化等方面工作。

宁波拔尖人才,入选“浙江省高校领军人才培养计划”-青年优秀人才,宁波市“甬江引才工程”创新人才。近5年作为项目负责人主持国家青年基金、浙江省自然科学基金、宁波市自然科学基金等项目共5项;在AquacultureScience of the Total EnvironmentMarine Life Science & Technology等期刊上发表文章40多篇,文章被引用900多次。

浙江省生态学会青年工作委员会会员、宁波市科技特派员、宁波市博士创新站专家,宁海县现代“新农人”导师,兼任上海海洋大学硕士生导师。

研究方向

①水产养殖环境微生物多样性和群落构建机制及其微生物驱动碳氮硫元素循环;

②海水池塘健康养殖技术创新和养殖尾水高效处理及资源化利用。

目前关注的科学问题包括:水产养殖环境中微生物群落(细菌、微藻和原生动物)构建、互作演替规律及其驱动的碳、氮、硫循环;养殖生物(虾、蟹和贝)与养殖系统中生物与非生物因素的互作;利用微藻-贝类-大型藻类/盐生植物-微生物协同处理养殖尾水并实现资源回收。
