研究方向主要包括①海水池塘健康养殖技术创新和模式优化;②集中连片海水池塘养殖尾水高效处理及资源化利用。目前主要研究兴趣点包括:水产养殖环境中微生物群落(细菌、微藻和原生动物)构建、互作演替规律及其驱动的碳、氮、硫循环;养殖生物(虾、蟹和贝)与养殖系统中生物与非生物因素的互作;利用微藻-贝类-大型藻类/盐生植物-微生物协同处理养殖尾水并实现资源回收。

前期研究解析了我国传统养殖池塘微生物多样性和结构组成;并利用外源细菌来改善池塘养殖环境,发现外源菌定植能力是决定外源细菌有效性的关键因素;发现通过添加外源碳调控水相碳氮比能提高池塘内源性微生物氮转化能力;发现鱼类引起的底质再悬浮并不是主要通过减弱原生生物水体-底质间扩散限制,而是主要通过强化水体中原生生物群落的环境均质选择生态过程。入选“浙江省高校领军人才培养计划”-青年优秀人才,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中央高校青年教师培育项目和宁波市“甬江引才工程”创新人才项目。
